My own kids are 12 and 19, so I know all too well how fast the time goes. It sounds cliche, but it truly feels like it passes in the blink of an eye.
That’s exactly why it’s so important to capture your family. When they get to be older, you’ll want to revisit the moments when they were younger.
You’ll want to remember their smiles, their laughter, their funny little quirks. You’ll want to remember holding their little hands or telling silly jokes.
Portraits will take you there.

We’ll check in about two weeks before your session date to make a plan. I’ll help you plan your wardrobe choices and location as well as get a feel for your family’s personality and style so I’m able to capture you authentically!

This day is ALL about your family! All you need to do is show up ready to have an hour with each other to have fun and relax… uninterrupted.

This is the fun part!
I’ll schedule a zoom call with you to show you your images! I’ll show you a gorgeous slideshow that I’ve prepared just for you. I’ll help you sort through your images and choose your very favorites (it’s so much harder than you think!).
I’ll help you decide what to do with your images so that they don’t just sit on your computer, never to be seen again. You’ll be able to choose from digitals, heirloom-quality professionally-printed prints, albums, canvas wall portraits and more.
All decision-makers should be present for this appointment!

This is what you’ve been waiting for! Your professionally-retouched digitals will be available via digital download and your printed products will arrive via Fedex or UPS.
I’ll also give you some great tips on caring for your portraits and albums, as well as hanging those special wall portraits. (Be prepared…you’re going to be the talk of the neighborhood with how stunning your wall decor will be!)

I have no idea how she got my kids to smile normal!
When I take pictures of my kids (ages 9 and 13), I ALWAYS get the cheesy smiles! Kortney does a lot more than ask the kids to “say cheese”…she chatted them, joked around and made it fun.
